About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing for Qualified, a B2B agentic marketing platform. This role will focus on the integration of Piper, the #1 AI SDR Agent, into the Salesforce ecosystem. The position requires a versatile Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to support sales enablement, refine cross-cloud positioning, and work at the intersection of Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing. The work will directly impact how thousands of Salesforce sellers understand and sell Qualified.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience at a Salesforce ISV or within the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record driving success in a role spanning product positioning & messaging or sales enablement.
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Comfort navigating technical positioning.
  • Strong written communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear narratives for sellers, customers, and executives.
  • Background in competitive intelligence / competitive strategy is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Programs, Product, Success, Demand Gen, and Product.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, post-acquisition environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive positioning for Salesforce Core AEs, Marketing Cloud AEs, and Agentforce Specialists.
  • Partner with sales leadership and enablement teams to develop scalable onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Create clear narratives for various seller audiences on how to sell Qualified.
  • Support the content hub strategy to ensure sellers can easily access enablement resources.
  • Support product marketing leadership in defining the relationship between Qualified/Piper and the broader Agentforce platform.
  • Develop enterprise-ready positioning assets addressing long-term roadmap, architectural relationships, and integration vision with Salesforce products (Data Cloud, MCP, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Become an expert on competitive positioning within the Salesforce ecosystem and articulate how Qualified integrates with Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and GTM leadership to evolve positioning as the product and integration story develops.
