Senior Product Marketing Manager, Verticals

NetradyneSan Diego, CA
$130,000 - $175,000Hybrid

About The Position

Netradyne is redefining fleet safety and performance through AI-powered video telematics and fleet management. Our Driver·i platform empowers commercial fleets to operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently — spanning Video Safety, Fuel, Maintenance, Compliance, and Fleet Tracking. As we scale, the way we win is increasingly industry by industry: speaking to the specific operations, buyers, and economics of each segment we serve. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy and execution for key verticals. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Product Marketing, you will be the expert on those verticals — how those fleets run their operations, how they buy, the outcomes they care about, and the competitive and regulatory context they operate in. You will partner closely with the Head of Growth Marketing to activate your verticals in-market, turning GTM strategy into demand programs, SDR plays, and enablement that drive pipeline. You will build compelling, solution-driven narratives through customer-centric storytelling and thought leadership that fuel top-of-funnel demand, and you will accelerate adoption by partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Sales Enablement to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles. You will also serve as the voice of the customer for your verticals, shaping future product investments. This is a senior individual-contributor role with broad influence: your work will directly impact Netradyne’s long-term growth priorities, and you’ll set the bar for PMM craft and mentor more junior PMMs along the way.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, solution/industry marketing, or go-to-market strategy.
  • B2B marketing experience, especially in creating messaging or driving sales enablement.
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end GTM and successful product launches, from positioning through field readiness and post-launch optimization.
  • Ability to synthesize and distill complex information into clear, concise messaging for different audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leader; on-the-job experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences (large and small), and adept at creating everything from pithy emails to detailed launch plans to researched white papers.
  • Data-driven approach; able to connect PMM activity to pipeline, adoption, win-rate, and revenue outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented yet big-picture; analytical yet creative; a self-starter who is not afraid to execute and get in the weeds.
  • High bar for AI-native ways of working; actively uses AI tools to drive productivity and quality across PMM workflows.
  • Creative thinker who can generate and execute innovative, breakout marketing ideas.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry or vertical marketing experience, with deep knowledge of one or more commercial fleet / transportation segments.
  • Background in fleet management, transportation, telematics, IoT, mobility, computer vision, or AI-powered enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience in a high-growth, scaling SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for your assigned industry vertical — including market and customer research, segmentation, persona development, positioning, and the GTM plan that ties them together.
  • Operate as the GM of your vertical: own the business outcome (pipeline contribution, adoption, win-rate, attach), set the agenda for your space, and make data-backed trade-off decisions you can defend — partnering with the Head of Growth Marketing to convert that strategy into an in-market demand plan.
  • Develop command of the competitive landscape in your verticals, and translate it into differentiated claims that resonate.
  • Own outcome-based positioning and messaging for your vertical, translating Driver·i capabilities into the specific value, ROI, and operational outcomes that matter to your buyers and end users.
  • Create the content and narratives that showcase Netradyne’s value proposition and differentiators.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all GTM assets in your vertical, and represent the narrative through compelling demos and storytelling to internal and external audiences.
  • Own launch strategy and success metrics end-to-end (with manager guidance), from planning through post-launch activation and optimization, ensuring strong market readiness and field adoption in your vertical.
  • Drive cross-functional launch execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; establish and monitor dashboards tracking pipeline contribution, conversion, and attach.
  • Build repeatable launch playbooks, frameworks, and templates so GTM motions scale beyond a single owner — using automation and AI as force multipliers.
  • Serve as the voice of the vertical customer and the field — spending time with customers, supporting high-profile deals, and synthesizing insight to inform the product roadmap and future investments.
  • Build deep product mastery across the Driver·i portfolio; partner closely with Product Management to promote Netradyne’s products internally and externally and to shape priorities for your vertical.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Growth Marketing to activate your verticals in-market, shaping the demand strategy, campaign narrative, and content that drive awareness and pipeline across your segment's audiences.
  • Equip the field: build enablement assets tuned to your verticals and arm SDRs with outbound plays, talk tracks, and sequences that open conversations and convert pipeline.
  • Drive adoption of enablement and demand programs through ongoing training, follow-up, and field feedback loops.
  • Proactively leverage AI tools and workflows to drive measurable gains in PMM productivity and output quality; share repeatable best practices that raise the bar across the team.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor more junior PMMs, and set the standard for PMM craft, demonstrating strong potential as a future leader.
