Atlassian seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, adoption, and expansion of Jira Service Management and Service Collection within our existing customer base. You will implement marketing campaigns across all funnel stages for both SMB and enterprise customers. Collaborating with Product Management and demand generation, you will deliver distinctive campaigns based on product positioning and messaging you create, unique to each of our target buyers. You will also influence our go-to-market strategy for our ITOM capabilities, working closely with product stakeholders in a rapidly growing area of our service management business. Responsibilities In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for implementing marketing programs to sustain the momentum and growth of Jira Service Management and Service Collection, encompassing both product-led and sales-led initiatives. You’ll shape our campaign narratives, drive awareness of Service Collection & differentiators, design end-to-end campaigns, and partner cross-functionally with a range of stakeholder teams.
