We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our AI agent platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define how AI agents, workflows, and outcomes are communicated to the market. You’ll own end-to-end positioning and GTM execution for key product areas and play a critical role in scaling how the product is launched, sold, and adopted. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who brings strategic clarity, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys being hands-on.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles at B2B technology companies
  • Proven experience owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-growing environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI, automation, data platforms, or developer-focused products
  • Familiarity with AI agents, workflows, APIs, or enterprise software
  • Experience influencing strategy without formal people management
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Messaging & Positioning
  • Own and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for AI agents and workflows
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives for different audiences
  • Define differentiation in a competitive AI and automation landscape
  • Drive Go-To-Market Strategy & Launches
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new features, agent capabilities, and major releases
  • Define GTM plays including target audiences, personas, messaging frameworks, and launch plans
  • Partner with Product and Engineering from early development through launch and post-launch iteration
  • Enable Revenue & Customer Teams
  • Build high-impact sales and customer enablement assets (pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies, battlecards, messaging documents)
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve product understanding, competitive positioning, and deal execution
  • Support customer-facing narratives that drive adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Own Market, Customer & Competitive Insights
  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs, buying behavior, and real-world use cases
  • Gather and synthesize insights from customers, sales conversations, and product usage data
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and proactively adjust positioning and messaging
  • Act as a Cross-Functional Leader
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Manage complex, interdependent initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Operate comfortably between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
