About The Position

You'll drive product marketing for Intapp's compliance solutions, primarily those for law firms while helping shape solutions for accounting, consulting, and financial services firms with similar obligations. You'll lead the positioning strategy for these areas, run launches, and design the enablement that makes sellers credible with general counsels, firm operations leaders, and the new business intake teams who own these decisions. Compliance is established, trusted, and deeply embedded in how firms operate; pairing it with agentic AI, new packages, and new pricing constructs is how we change what a firm expects from its risk technology. Expect the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage motion, backed by the distribution, client relationships, and data advantages of the category leader. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to a Director of Product Marketing. You'll work where product strategy, positioning, and field activation meet: you set the direction for how risk and compliance buyers hear about Intapp, and you turn what the field learns back into differentiation, packaging, and roadmap influence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM role in enterprise SaaS, including a product area whose positioning and launches you owned independently.
  • Risk and compliance domain expertise. Working fluency in why it matters, the consequences when something goes wrong, and who it matters to in professional and financial services firms. Enough credibility to hold a conversation with a general counsel or chief operations officer, not just to brief a seller about one.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling. You can turn a governed AI capability and a multi-product commercial model into a clear, confident story for a risk buyer and a usable talk track for a seller.
  • Launch leadership. You've owned complex or multi-product launches across product, sales, marketing, and post-sales, and you've built frameworks that other people reused afterward.
  • Data-driven. You're comfortable working with GTM performance data, pipeline, win/loss, usage, and adoption metrics, and turning it into a clear recommendation rather than a dashboard. You'd sooner test a claim against the numbers than assert it, and you know which metric answers the question in front of you.
  • Seller EQ and empathy. You've built playbooks, battlecards, and objection handling that sellers actually adopted, and you check whether they land instead of assuming they do.
  • Client empathy. You spend time with clients directly, seek out unfiltered feedback and win/loss detail, and change your work based on what you find. You understand that a risk buyer is conservative by mandate, not by temperament, and you build narratives that respect that rather than argue with it.
  • Influence without authority across Product, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing, and the judgment to operate independently in an early-stage motion where priorities shift fast and the playbook is still being written.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience inside or selling to a law firm, or in risk and compliance technology, is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead positioning and differentiation for Intapp’s compliance solutions. Develop the positioning framework and persona narrative across the buying committee. Build outcome-led value propositions that connect to measurable risk reduction and faster acceptance, and pressure-test them with sellers, clients, and win/loss data rather than internal consensus.
  • Bring winning competitive stories to life. Synthesize the full competitive landscape into strategic implications, build the differentiated win narrative and the proof points behind it, collaborate with product on where to differentiate, and advise sellers on how to win.
  • Sharpen the governed AI narrative. No firm will let AI near a conflicts decision or an ethical wall without knowing how it is governed, audited, and explained. Own the story for how Intapp clears that bar, and equip sellers to handle the question before it becomes an objection.
  • Develop the go-to-market strategy. Design and execute multi-motion GTM plans across a five-product line, connect each to a business objective, and contribute to pricing and packaging end to end, including how the line is bundled, cross-sold, and priced with usage-based mechanics such as AI credits.
  • Orchestrate complex launches. Run multi-product releases across product, sales, marketing, and post-sales, and continuously improve reusable launch frameworks the rest of the team adopts. Scope solutions to gaps before they surface.
  • Design the enablement and readiness program. Build the curriculum and resources that make sellers and client success credible in a risk conversation, and measure effectiveness through usage, knowledge retention, and field feedback rather than training completion.
  • Be the external voice for the area. Drive Intapp's thought leadership point of view on firm risk and governed AI, own analyst relations and press narratives, build the reference program in a market where clients are private about risk, and partner with marketing on content strategy.
  • Design the measurement framework. Connect GTM activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes, identify where the motion is leaking, and act on it with minimal manager input.
  • Raise the bar around you. Contribute to a product marketing culture of peer-to-peer mentoring and knowledge sharing across discovery, positioning, and launch craft.
