Senior Product Manager
About The Position
Kalepa is seeking a technically-focused Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of experience to join our Product team. This role involves setting strategy and driving execution for key areas of Kalepa’s core platform. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to realize Kalepa’s product vision and deliver value to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background, experience with Enterprise SaaS products, and a deep understanding of customer needs. You should be adept at using first principles thinking, leading cross-functional teams, and working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience with AI tools and a data-driven approach are essential. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience (as stated in the 'About the role' section, though 'About you' states 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ building Enterprise SaaS products. The more encompassing requirement is used here).
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years building Enterprise SaaS products.
- Use first principles thinking to break down complex user needs to build clear, scalable workflows.
- Excel at leading cross-functional teams and clearly communicating workflows and user needs for stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-moving, agile environment, with high standards for requirements quality and delivery.
- Love being the voice of the customer.
- Understand customer problems and needs in detail and always look for better ways to address them.
- Leverage AI tools both for your own productivity and as part of product innovation, finding ways to make users’ lives better through intelligent features.
- Be data-driven, adept at combining quantitative and qualitative insights to bring clarity, prioritization, and alignment in ambiguous environments.
