Requirements

5+ years in a Product Manager role, with at least some B2B SaaS.
Proven track record of delivering impactful results across both 0-1 and scaling products.
Ability to inspire and align those around you to achieve common goals.
Default is pushing the pace, quickly making one way door decisions, understanding that all else equal, velocity will make the difference of winning.
Accustomed to using AI for everything from insight identification to prototyping to PRDs to optimize your time and focus your energy on human ingenuity.
At peace in high ambiguity, understanding how to find a path to clarity with incomplete information. Skilled in risk-based decision making and thinking through nth-order effects.

Nice To Haves

Subjective matter expertise in Audit or Tax is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Directly engage with current and future customers to gain a deep understanding of firm/user needs and market dynamics.
Utilize a strong tool belt of discovery methodologies to run experiments and analyze data to guide decision making.
Identify and shape the product initiatives that transform the way the CPA industry accomplishes their work and advances Suralink’s product strategy for multiple product areas across the product portfolio.
Closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Design, and Engineering to ensure our end-to-end ideation and execution is aligned, informed, and set up for success.
Become an expert in Suralink’s product to champion how use cases, product capabilities, and value connect to drive internal team knowledge and customer adoption that results in both Suralink and customers realizing business KPIs.
