About The Position

The Senior Product Manager for Manufacturing Software will own product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for factory-floor applications used by production operators, supervisors, and manufacturing engineers. The role also owns deploying these products on the factory floor and works directly with shipbuilding personnel to ensure the software fits their workflows. The position sets a 6–12-month product vision and roadmap, aligns stakeholders, manages expectations, makes product decisions, and balances competing priorities with engineering, design, and operations partners. It involves onsite research with technicians and operators, identifying underlying user needs, documenting workflows, and translating findings into scoped requirements and success hypotheses. The Product Manager will guide products from design through delivery and deployment, including adoption and support. The work spans functional and non-functional requirements, complex integrations and dependencies, buy-versus-build decisions, and collaboration with partner platform teams. The role supports manufacturing software used in Anduril’s software-defined shipyard and production operations.
