About The Position

As a Product Manager, you'll take ownership of key areas of Germany's leading AI-powered tendering platform for construction — with real autonomy in a small team, and a direct hand in shaping where we go next for a product already trusted by thousands of construction companies. You own initiatives end-to-end — from shaping strategic goals and the ideas to reach them, to conceiving and building solutions together with Design and Engineering. You build new features with an AI-first mindset, always starting from the question: how can AI solve a real problem for our customers — validating ideas through prototypes and experiments before scaling what works. You dig deep into the dynamics of our marketplace — analyzing user behavior, market trends, and product metrics — to drive organic growth and unlock new user groups and revenue streams. You conduct user research to understand customer pains and translate them into product initiatives that land. Together with Marketing and Customer Success, you ensure a successful go-to-market for new features.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment or a marketplace/platform business model.
  • Strong analytical skills and a talent for translating complex problems into pragmatic solutions.
  • A solid understanding of marketplace dynamics and the ability to balance supply and demand sides.
  • Confidence in using AI tools such as LLM-based assistants, MCPs, and no-code prototyping in daily work.
  • Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and the full product lifecycle.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
