This role focuses on the intersection of complex data and user experience, ideal for individuals with experience in experimentation platforms, analytics tools, or fintech. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, data science, and forward-deployed teams to transform raw data into intuitive interfaces that enable Fortune 500 clients to understand and leverage GenAI for productivity gains. The position involves owning products critical to core business value, such as experimentation frameworks, metrics pipelines, dashboards, and AI-augmented insights. The ideal candidate possesses strong product development skills, is comfortable with first-principles thinking, and thrives in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally including exposure to data-heavy products in experimentation, analytics, or fintech domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to own an end-to-end product lifecycle in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Strong product sense - the ability to identify customer problems worth solving and prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Comfort working with experimentation and analytics (A/B testing, statistical significance, metrics, funnels) to inform product decisions, and partnering with engineering/data teams on pipeline and dashboard topics.
  • A track record of strong cross-functional influence and excellent written communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and user-centered design for technical audiences; you draw influence from Tufte's ideas.
  • Background in building developer tools or productivity platforms.
  • Fluency with SQL and comfort working in notebooks or prototyping with basic datasets.
  • Experience in a high-autonomy team environment.
  • Familiarity with economics or ROI measurement frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS tools and security/privacy considerations.
  • Prior exposure to GenAI products and/or AI-enhanced user interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for data-intensive, insight-delivering features.
  • Prioritize product investments balancing short-term speed with long-term architectural and strategic integrity.
  • Partner with the Head of Product and CTO to define milestones, align on KPIs, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Lead development of Workhelix products used to measure GenAI impact.
  • Partner with data science to turn statistical models and economic insights into user-facing features.
  • Ensure statistical rigor in product designs (confidence intervals, control groups, etc.) without over-complicating the UX.
  • Partner with the Tech Lead to build out the platform integrations roadmap, enabling customer data ingestion.
  • Conduct deep discovery with technical end-users (e.g., engineering leaders, data scientists) to identify latent needs.
  • Translate abstract customer goals into structured problem statements, delightful solutions, and product specs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and journey maps.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design on solutions that balance feasibility, usability, and complexity.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and execution quality.
  • Partner with forward-deployed teams to ensure successful delivery and feedback integration.
  • Define intuitive ways to present complex metrics, statistical models, and benchmarks to senior leadership end users (C-Suite, SVP/VP, Directors, Heads of).
  • Drive consistency in interaction patterns across complex user workflows.
  • Establish and monitor product metrics and dashboards to track adoption and impact.
