About The Position

Two Six Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial cleared Senior Product Manager to join a new, dynamic Internal Research and Development (IR&D) team focused on scaling Helix, our Agentic AI orchestration product. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a major company initiative, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and capture to drive competitive advantage from building a reusable agentic orchestration layer targeted at specific mission applications. Agentic AI is poised to revolutionize how information, intelligence, and cyber professionals operate. It promises to deliver the flexibility and rigor they need while providing intuitive, user-centric workflows that empower faster, more confident decision-making. We're making a significant investment in this technology because we believe that software should make more decisions on behalf of the user, trust in AI is built through frequent high-value user-centric experiences, and a blend of commercial software and government services can accelerate AI adoption. Our team is dedicated to creating an industry-leading agentic technology for critical applications like collection management, intelligence analysis, decision support, and cyber and information operations. This is a fully remote position with flexibility to manage your day around collaboration with your team. DC location is preferred but not required. Some travel will be required to interface with our customers and Two Six employees collaborating on cleared programs.

Requirements

Experience collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to build intuitive user experiences
Experience with data scientists to build AI into the pipeline is required
Experience working with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to build products that solve hard problems
Strong familiarity with the role of a Product Manager and PM tools for discovery and delivery, including creating rapid prototypes to quickly test new product ideas
Experience working in scrum/kanban on cross functional teams
Team mentality to do what’s best for the product

Nice To Haves

Experience creating products for government users, particularly in environments with limitations on technology access and ability to interface with users
Experience applying systems thinking to platform technologies, including modular and configuration-driven software development
Experience with advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models and generative AI
Interest in supporting US government missions to counter foreign adversaries with excellence in intelligence analysis, and electronic and cyber warfare
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, MCP, A2A, MCPApps, and RAG is a key differentiator

Responsibilities

Work with customers and stakeholders to develop a product vision for the agentic AI orchestrator
Conduct market research, solicit customer feedback, and test new ideas to build our backlog and roadmap
Collaborate in a cross functional team to build agentic AI functionality
Write clear and well-bounded users stories that keep the team focused on delivering slices of user value every sprint
Engage stakeholders in the innovation process and keep them informed of your work
Advocate for solving customer problems by building functionality into the product line
Collaborate with other PMs to build value across product lines
Advocate for a user-centered culture and drive change in that direction
Be open and flexible to jump in where help is needed
