Senior Product Manager

At Forwood, we exist to create a fatality-free workplace by proactively preventing serious injuries and fatalities. We partner with global mining, construction, and industrial companies to identify critical risks and ensure the controls that prevent fatalities are working—every day. Our platform is used across 60+ countries and 1,000+ sites to help organisations block the path to death. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our mobile experience—the future primary interface for how customers interact with our platform in the field, and then continue to help shape and enhance the broader platform as our new software stack evolves. This role combines deep ownership of mobile with the opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives across AI, predictive insights, and data-driven capabilities. You’ll operate across both execution and innovation—delivering a world-class mobile experience while helping shape the next generation of our platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, including ownership of complex products
- Experience delivering mobile-first or mobile-heavy products
- Strong product judgment—you know when to go deep and when to move fast
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A bias for action and ownership—you don’t wait for direction

- Experience in B2B SaaS or operational / industrial environments
Responsibilities
- Own the mobile product experience end-to-end (strategy, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes)
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver a world-class mobile experience
- Deeply understand frontline users and build for real-world workflows in high-risk environments
- Drive fast, high-quality product decisions that balance speed and precision
- Work closely with customers, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to validate direction
- Contribute to and help lead strategic roadmap initiatives across AI, predictive insights, and data-driven capabilities
- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across the wider product ecosystem
