Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in B2B SaaS or AI-native environments.
• Demonstrate expertise in building and shipping AI-driven products from concept to launch.
• Lead teams through AI native operational transformation, improving processes and outcomes.
• Communicate clearly through concise product documents and strategy materials.
• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Apply hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Show domain knowledge in sales engagement, conversation intelligence, coaching, or forecasting.
• Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience in product, engineering, or business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery, design, and launch of AI-driven features with cross-functional partners.
• Running structured evals to ensure product quality and performance before release.
• Collaborating with engineering and design to shape architecture and user experience.
