About The Position

The Senior Product Manager drives end-to-end product ownership for a squad - from discovery and roadmapping through delivery and post-launch iteration. This is a pivotal role within our product organization, sitting at the intersection of user needs, business strategy, and technical execution. You will set the strategy for your feature area, run structured discovery to uncover deep user insights, and represent your squad in high-stakes planning forums. Beyond shipping features, you are responsible for the full lifecycle of your product, ensuring that every launch is backed by data and results in measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of product management experience with a demonstrated history of squad-level ownership and impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in A/B testing, KPI tracking, and making data-driven decisions.
  • The ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision while maintaining high velocity.
  • A track record of shipping impactful features and successfully measuring their outcomes against original goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to present compelling narratives to senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with building or managing a Martech stack in a regulated industry or with sensitive user communications, or experience partnering with data science or ML teams to operationalize personalization at scale and channel routing is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end success of your squad, including discovery, KPIs, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and post-launch iteration.
  • Build and maintain a transparent product roadmap that aligns directly with overarching business outcomes and strategic goals.
  • Define the long-term product vision for your feature area in close partnership with design and engineering leads.
  • Execute rigorous discovery processes, utilizing frameworks like Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), problem framing, and assumption testing.
  • Analyze A/B test results and experimentation data to derive actionable insights and drive product decisions.
  • Act as the primary voice for your squad in planning forums, articulating priorities and navigating complex trade-offs with clarity.
  • Support the growth of the product organization by guiding L1/L2 PMs through pairing, active feedback, and informal mentorship.
  • Proactively surface user insights and market signals to influence high-level product strategy and future initiatives.
