About the role: We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our Commercial team. This role will report to the VP Product for Financial Incentives. The Commercial team builds the external and internal-facing products that enable our Revenue teams (Sales, Client Management) to sell, implement, and retain customers successfully and efficiently at scale. In this role, you’ll own the full commercial sales product surface and become the product engine behind Garner’s extremely ambitious growth goals, building products and tools that enable our Sales team to close more business, faster and more efficiently than they can today. Where you will work: This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of owning and building successful products from discovery through launch
  • Direct experience building sales tooling, CRM systems, or revenue operations products, with a strong intuition for how sales teams work and where bottlenecks emerge at scale
  • Excellent analytical skills: You’re comfortable building financial models, diagnosing and decomposing business performance problems into their drivers, and synthesizing into actionable insights and interventions
  • Exceptional written communication, with the ability to communicate decisions and strategy clearly and concisely to your team, stakeholders, and executive team
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for Commercial’s sales-facing product surface, shaping our strategy and developing new ways to enable the Sales team to win in a sophisticated and increasingly competitive market
  • Embed deeply with Sales reps, brokers, and consultants to understand why deals are won and lost, and develop solutions that make Garner easier and more efficient to sell
  • Build broker-facing products that make Garner easier to evaluate, understand, and pitch
  • Design and build internal sales enablement tools that enable the Sales team to scale rapidly and efficiently, while providing leadership with clear visibility into pipeline performance, productivity, and interaction quality
  • Define success metrics for every initiative, ensuring we have the data in place to measure outcomes and rallying the team around what winning looks like and how we get there
