About The Position
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product discovery, shape strategy, and drive prioritization. You’ll work closely with the founder and the Head of Talent & Product Strategy, combining strong product judgment with deep domain expertise. This is a senior IC role with real ownership and influence. This role is for someone energized by ambiguity, who enjoys creating structure where none exists yet, and is motivated by getting things done.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strong experience running product discovery
- Proven ability to create and prioritize roadmaps
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
- On top of modern product, design, and AI tools
- Able to prototype concepts independently
- Strong product and UX taste
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities
- Lead continuous product discovery with customers and early partners

- Help shape AI-enabled workflows with strong judgment and restraint
