About The Position

Komodor is seeking a technical Product Manager to join their AI product team. This role will be responsible for the roadmap of Klaudia, an autonomous AI SRE agent that investigates incidents and remediates failures across Kubernetes and the cloud-native stack. The Product Manager will collaborate with customers, solution architects, and R&D leads to define Klaudia's capabilities in sensing, investigating, deciding, acting, and validating availability issues and reliability risks. This position requires the ability to translate complex AI/infrastructure trade-offs into a clear product strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing B2B SaaS products, ideally within AI-driven solutions or services.
• Strong technical foundation, with understanding in Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, or similar platforms being highly advantageous.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to approach challenges strategically and identify impactful solutions.
• Ability to operate independently, move quickly, and keep work organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts for various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities to drive product success.

Responsibilities

• Work on the product roadmap execution, aligned with Komodor's mission and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive Komodor’s AI to success
• Conduct thorough market research, close work with sales teams and customer calls to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI integrations
• Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and customers
• Define KPIs around AI capabilities and utilize data-driven insights to make decisions and product iterations
