About The Position

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience.
3+ years building Enterprise SaaS products.
Use first principles thinking to break down complex user needs to build clear, scalable workflows.
Excel at leading cross-functional teams and clearly communicating workflows and user needs for stakeholders.
Experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-moving, agile environment, with high standards for requirements quality and delivery.
Understand customer problems and needs in detail and always look for better ways to address them.
Leverage AI tools both for your own productivity and as part of product innovation, finding ways to make users’ lives better through intelligent features.
Be data-driven, adept at combining quantitative and qualitative insights to bring clarity, prioritization, and alignment in ambiguous environments.
7+ years of experience (as stated in the role description).

Experience at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth.
Experience building and releasing a major product end to end, or significantly scaling an existing product.
Computer science or engineering background.
