About The Position

Achievers is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the product development for its Milestone and Celebration experiences. This role focuses on the part of the Achievers platform that recognizes work anniversaries, birthdays, and service milestones. The Senior Product Manager will work in a product triad with a Product Designer and a Lead Engineer, responsible for setting the roadmap and guiding the development of these core features. The goal is to ensure that important employee moments are noticed and celebrated, impacting millions of users globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a track record of shipping digital products end-to-end in a SaaS or B2B2C environment.
  • Advanced experience working in a product triad, or in close partnership with Design and Engineering with shared ownership of strategy and delivery.
  • Comfort using data, research, and experimentation to guide product decisions and measure results.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • A strong interest in building products that users enjoy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in employee experience, engagement, HR tech, or recognition platforms.
  • Experience with automated or triggered experiences, personalization, or messaging and notifications.
  • Familiarity with HRIS integrations such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
  • Comfort with SQL or BI tools for exploring engagement and sentiment data.
  • Interest in applying new technology and AI to improve product experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Set the roadmap and lead the work alongside your Product Designer and Lead Engineer, across web, mobile, and integrated channels.
  • Understand the needs of admins, program owners, and employees to define clear priorities for recognition and celebration experiences.
  • Improve automation for detecting employee milestones and sending timely, personal celebrations without increasing admin workload.
  • Ensure celebration experiences feel personal and authentic, avoiding a generic or automated feel.
  • Utilize data, research, and experimentation to inform decisions and measure the impact of product changes, focusing on metrics like participation, recipient response, on-time delivery, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal Achievers teams to understand their programs, cultural norms, and regional configuration requirements.
  • Ensure celebration experiences are scalable globally, incorporating localization, multiple languages, and culturally appropriate recognition.
  • Mentor and coach other Product Managers, contributing to the overall quality of product management practices without direct line management.
