About The Position

The Senior Product Manager leads the development and lifecycle of assigned product categories, translating market insights into clear product strategies that drive growth and profitability. This role owns product direction from concept through launch, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver well-positioned, manufacturable products on time. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and Operations, the Senior Product Manager drives roadmap execution, develops go-to-market plans, and ensures products are successfully launched and continue to perform throughout their lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or marketing within a manufacturing or physical product environment
  • Proven track record leading product initiatives from concept through launch across cross-functional teams
  • Strong experience in market research, product prioritization, and roadmap management
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on product positioning and go-to-market execution
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on ownership and execution
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath, interiors, building materials, or adjacent industries preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead market analysis to identify product gaps, trends, and growth opportunities
  • Define product strategies and business cases while balancing customer needs, pricing, and manufacturability
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company priorities and market demand
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to execute product development initiatives and product launches on time
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Operations, and Manufacturing to support feasibility and execution throughout the product lifecycle
  • Ensure products are successfully brought to market and continue to perform effectively post-launch
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, go-to-market planning, and adoption strategies
  • Monitor product performance and lifecycle health, adjusting strategies to improve business outcomes
