About The Position

Clasp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product experiences for its student lending business, Clasp Finance, during a period of significant growth. Clasp Finance provides a platform for colleges and universities to establish and manage their own private student loan programs, offering institutional financial aid when federal aid is insufficient. The role involves owning the product strategy and roadmap for Clasp Finance, encompassing the loan origination system, credit models, and loan servicing oversight tools. The existing platform has gained traction and is driving growth, and the goal is to enhance its features, scale its infrastructure, and develop it into an enterprise-grade system to support Clasp Finance's expansion. The position reports to the Director of Product and works closely with the General Manager of Clasp Finance.
