About The Position

SirenOpt is seeking a customer-obsessed, hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the product experience for their manufacturing intelligence platform. This role involves significant field work with process engineers, technicians, and quality managers to understand their workflows and translate those insights into an intuitive, reliable, and delightful hardware and software experience. The core of the role is making the software simple, clear, and sticky, leading the design of user workflows and interfaces, prototyping, testing, and defining the product experience for both standalone and inline offerings. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and commercial teams, and partner with the Head of Product on roadmap and direction.

  • A track record of deep customer and user research, including field work and translating observations into shipped product decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex or technical products for non-expert users
  • Experience with ML or analytics platform products, including presenting model outputs to non-expert users and managing features with non-deterministic behavior
  • Proficiency with Jira and Agile practices

  • Map user workflows in detail across personas (technician, process engineer, quality manager) and distinguish stated needs from latent ones.
  • Build and maintain a deep, structured understanding of user needs to inform product decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end software product experience, designed for non-expert users needing clear, actionable answers.
  • Use Figma or equivalent tools to prototype and test interface concepts and workflows directly with users.
  • Systematically simplify the user experience by reducing steps, parameters, and decisions.
  • Define how measurement results and analytics are presented to each persona, communicating confidence and uncertainty.
  • Translate customer and user understanding into clear product definitions for the engineering requirements process.
  • Partner with data science and machine learning teams to shape the analytics layer for non-expert users.
  • Contribute customer and product insight to the roadmap and product direction.
