Senior Product Manager

About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in Money Movement products and digital banking. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT/Engineering, a deep understanding of payments ecosystems and financial services regulations, and a proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is also preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (Master's preferred)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) – preferred
- 10+ years of overall IT / Engineering experience
- 6+ years of experience in Money Movement products (payments, transfers, ACH, wires, RTP, P2P, etc.)
- 4+ years of digital banking experience within banking or financial services (bank or credit union experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of payments ecosystems and financial services regulations
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives
