About The Position

Our client is a mission-driven, venture-backed healthcare company transforming access to treatment for opioid use disorder through a technology-enabled care platform. Their telehealth solution combines clinical care, patient engagement, and data-driven workflows to improve outcomes for underserved populations, particularly Medicaid patients. Operating across multiple states and continuing to expand nationally, the company has already supported tens of thousands of patients and is entering a new phase of growth with a strong focus on product innovation, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable care delivery.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of product management experience at reputable tech companies or scale-ups
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide decisions
  • Proven experience owning product areas end-to-end
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Passion for mission-driven or healthcare-related work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries (e.g., fintech)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data systems
  • Technical background (e.g., STEM degree or prior engineering experience)
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis
  • Experience working on AI-enabled or data-intensive products
  • Background at product-driven, high-growth companies

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and execution for a core product area (e.g., Care Platform, Efficiency, or Expansion)
  • Translate business goals into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, clinical, and operations teams
  • Drive product development from concept through delivery using an agile, experiment-driven approach
  • Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives
  • Conduct user research and work closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Champion a user-centered approach to improve patient and clinician experience
