Senior Product Manager

ZoomInfo Technologies LLCWaltham, MA
$126,000 - $198,000Hybrid

About The Position

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the core product experience of their enterprise AI platform, Mesh. This platform includes conversational AI, an agent builder, microapps, and integrations. The role involves building the product that IS the AI platform, impacting all departments within ZoomInfo, including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and RevOps. The product manager will be responsible for the chat interface, agent platform, microapps SDK, tooling layer, and dashboards, ensuring the platform is usable, powerful, and indispensable. The decisions made in this role have immediate and visible impact across the company.

Requirements

  • 6 years of product management or adjacent strategy experience.
  • At least 2 years working on AI/ML products.
  • At least 1 year working on internal platform products.
  • Experience owning a product portfolio with daily users and shipping improvements to them.
  • Experience working with teams of engineers.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM products, including conversational AI, agents, and tool-calling.
  • Comfort with data: ability to SQL, read dashboards, run user experience tests, and use metrics for prioritization.
  • Track record of working cross-functionally and navigating competing stakeholder needs.
  • Experience with enterprise software or internal tools.

Nice To Haves

  • User-Obsessed, Not Feature-Obsessed: Starts with the problem, asks 'why' multiple times, understands that not building is sometimes the best decision.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Can make progress with incomplete information, holds a long-term vision, and adapts plans based on evidence.
  • Technically Curious, Not Technically Intimidated: Understands how agents work, can have credible conversations with engineers, identify technical constraints, and prototype ideas.
  • Cross-Functional by Default: Thrives in environments with constant context-switching, builds relationships through reliability.
  • High Standards, Low Ego: Cares about craft but knows when 'good enough' is sufficient, takes feedback well, gives feedback directly.
  • Bias Toward Shipping: Prefers shipping imperfect products quickly to iterating, understands that real usage provides more learning than planning in a vacuum.

Responsibilities

  • Own the core product experience, including chat, agents, tools, and dashboards, used by over 2,700 users daily.
  • Define product strategy, prioritize features, and balance power-user depth with new-user accessibility.
  • Drive the evolution of the agent platform to make agent creation easier, faster, and more powerful for builders.
  • Own the agent creation experience, sharing and discovery model, scheduling system, and analytics.
  • Shape the dashboard and analytics layer to provide transparency and manageability of the platform's performance, adoption, and cost.
  • Define key metrics for individual users, team leads, and platform administrators.
  • Manage the tooling ecosystem, ensuring tools are surfaced, configured, and composed effectively within the chat and agent experiences.
  • Partner with integration teams to translate new connections into usable capabilities for users.
  • Act as the voice of 10 departments (Sales, CS, Marketing, Engineering, RevOps, Data, Finance, Legal, HR, Customer Experience) by building feedback loops and understanding user needs.
  • Spend time with users to understand their workflows and identify their actual needs.
