About The Position

Artisight is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and own a repeatable operating room product offering. The role will package Artisight’s capabilities into an offering that the commercial team can sell, deploy, and expand, with clear ROI and a roadmap grounded in real operating-room workflows. The Product Manager will work alongside the clinical OR lead and build trusted relationships with OR directors, surgeons, and nursing staff. This remote role is based in the U.S., requires U.S. work authorization, and involves travel up to 50%. The role partners with engineering product managers and leadership, Sales, Solution Engineering, clinical services, and perioperative leaders at health system clients.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on operating room experience and the ability to engage effectively with OR directors, charge nurses, and surgeons.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, solutions, or a client-facing product role, with a track record of working directly with customers.
  • Experience taking a technology capability to market in a clinical setting, including packaging it, proving it, and achieving adoption.
  • Strong written communication skills; requirements, specifications, discovery findings, and enablement materials are core outputs.
  • Comfort working with data, including reviewing case event data, identifying anomalies, and reasoning about their causes.
  • Ability to earn trust quickly with OR staff.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • U.S. work authorization.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical background in a perioperative role, such as RN, surgical technologist, or CST.
  • Experience with perioperative systems, such as EHR surgical modules, scheduling and case management, anesthesia information systems, or OR analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with HL7 and how surgical case data moves between systems.
  • Prior work at a health technology vendor deploying into live clinical environments.
  • Experience establishing a new product line or market segment.

Responsibilities

  • Own site delivery for OR accounts by leading discovery, defining go-live criteria, and holding the team accountable to those criteria.
  • Build and maintain the OR product offering, including defining what is included, what phases in later, and what the company will not offer.
  • Turn field observations and client requests into written, evidence-based, ranked requirements and drive them into the roadmap through engineering product managers.
  • Develop reusable assets to improve site delivery, including discovery scripts, workflow documentation, camera layout patterns, validation protocols, and sales enablement materials.
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering on OR opportunities, pilot scoping, and determining what a site needs in place before the company commits.
  • Advocate for OR-specific features on the product roadmap and partner with engineering PM leadership to prioritize what gets built and when.
  • Represent the OR persona across the main application roadmap so the offering remains coherent across sites of care.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to make OR deployments faster and more predictable by creating a reusable playbook.
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in perioperative operations, clinical AI deployment, and product strategy.
  • Collaboration with the clinical OR lead and partners across engineering, sales, clinical services, and client perioperative leadership.
