Wild Card Creative GroupCulver City, CA

About The Position

We are Wild Card Born in Hollywood, we know what stories move audiences – and how to bring brands into the action. We connect brands with global markets, crafting high-impact experiences through a blend of creativity and data on screen, in-game and beyond. Every moment is an opportunity to build genuine connections, because everyone wants to be part of a great story. Join us as a Senior Product Manager, ACE Enterprise. In this role, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and evolution of ACE, our AI-powered platform for transforming how entertainment companies manage, understand, and activate their media and creative assets. You will define the vision for an enterprise product that sits at the intersection of AI, creative workflows, media intelligence, content management, and high-volume content creation. You will operate closely with studio, network, streaming, game, and entertainment partners to understand how creative teams work today—and identify where AI and intelligent media workflows can fundamentally improve how content is discovered, organized, created, and deployed. You will translate customer needs, emerging AI capabilities, and business opportunities into a clear product roadmap, working closely with the engineering (IT) team, design, creative operations, and sales to bring products from concept through enterprise deployment. This is an opportunity for an exceptional product leader who wants significant ownership and direct impact on an emerging category: AI-powered creative infrastructure for the entertainment industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management, technical product management, or product/program leadership experience
  • 2+ years of end-to-end product ownership, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience owning and driving product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
  • Experience translating customer and stakeholder needs into product requirements and technical specifications
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering (IT), AI/Science, Design, and other technical teams
  • Experience making product tradeoffs involving technical feasibility, customer value, cost, and time to market
  • Experience owning a technical product, platform, or workflow end to end
  • Strong technical acumen, including the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, AI capabilities, and technical tradeoffs
  • Experience working directly with customers or enterprise stakeholders to validate product direction
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to move between detailed product requirements and executive-level strategy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or scaling enterprise SaaS, AI-powered platforms, or technology-enabled services
  • Experience with generative AI, machine learning, computer vision, media intelligence, or content-processing technologies
  • Experience in entertainment, film/TV production, streaming, gaming, animation, VFX, advertising, or other creative industries
  • Deep understanding of professional creative workflows and content-production pipelines
  • Experience with media asset management, content libraries, digital asset management, or media supply chains
  • Experience building products that serve both enterprise customers and creative end users
  • Experience developing product packaging, pricing, capacity, usage, or subscription models
  • Experience turning bespoke customer solutions into repeatable, scalable products
  • Familiarity with creative technology ecosystems, including editing, post-production, asset management, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and production tools
  • Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth environment where the product, market, and business model are still being defined
  • Passion for applying technology to make creative teams more effective—not simply automating creative work

Responsibilities

  • Own the ACE Enterprise product vision and strategy — defining the platform's roadmap, positioning, capabilities, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Define enterprise workflows and products that enable entertainment companies to manage, understand, search, organize, and creatively activate large volumes of media.
  • Translate customer and market needs into product requirements, workflows, features, and technical specifications that can be delivered by Engineering and AI/Science teams.
  • Work directly with studio, network, streaming, game, and production partners to understand real-world creative workflows and identify opportunities for ACE to deliver meaningful efficiency and creative value.
  • Establish and prioritize the ACE Enterprise roadmap across platform capabilities, AI-powered workflows, media intelligence, creative tools, integrations, administration, security, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Identify opportunities to turn ACE capabilities into repeatable enterprise products and services, rather than one-off solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to define packaging, product tiers, usage models, capacity models, and pricing strategies that support a scalable enterprise business.
  • Define customer success metrics and product KPIs, including adoption, workflow efficiency, content output, utilization, automation, and customer retention.
  • Translate emerging AI and media-processing capabilities into practical products that creative professionals can trust and use in production environments.
  • Make build-versus-buy, platform-versus-workflow, and prioritization decisions while balancing customer requirements, technical complexity, scalability, and speed to market.
  • Develop product narratives, PRDs, roadmaps, business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and executive presentations that clearly articulate what ACE is building and why.
  • Evaluate technical approaches, model performance, system architecture, integrations, and product tradeoffs.
  • Partner with Design and Creative Operations to ensure ACE workflows preserve creative control and professional-quality output while improving speed and scale.
  • Establish feedback loops with enterprise customers and internal users, using qualitative feedback, usage data, and workflow performance to continuously improve the product.
  • Lead product launches and enterprise implementations, ensuring new capabilities move successfully from development into real-world customer environments.
  • Communicate product strategy and progress across executive leadership, engineering, creative, sales, and customer teams.
  • Operate in a highly dynamic environment where AI capabilities, customer expectations, and creative workflows are evolving simultaneously.
  • Create structure from ambiguity and build a product category that does not yet have an established playbook.
