About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team focused on building a cutting-edge MarTech product. You will own one of the product areas as an individual contributor while actively shaping the overall roadmap and delivering impactful customer experiences. This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
  • Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
  • Comfort using AI tools (e.g. for analysis, research, documentation, or ideation) as part of everyday product work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in MarTech or B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Experience conceptualising, shipping, or enhancing AI-powered product features (e.g. recommendations, automation, insights, or assistive workflows).
  • A proactive, self-learner who is curious and ready to tackle complex problems.
  • Someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and drives initiatives forward.
  • A team player who values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day product execution, ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, aligning with business objectives.
  • Define clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for new features.
  • Use data and KPIs to measure product performance and inform prioritization.
  • Align product initiatives with business goals through stakeholder collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in product delivery.
  • Support go-to-market activities with marketing and sales teams.
  • Drive post-launch evaluations and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Provide mentorship to junior product managers or associates when needed.
