Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of work experience

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, annual business plans, and product launch strategies to drive business growth.
Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive insights to influence product and program improvements.
Lead market segmentation, targeting, and positioning efforts to improve commercial effectiveness and business performance.
Establish pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning, market dynamics, and overall business objectives.
Drive financial planning by forecasting resource needs, managing budgets, and applying strong business and financial acumen.
Define success metrics, goals, and milestones, and measure performance to ensure achievement of key business priorities.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships and cultivate relationships with industry thought leaders, key organizations, and customers to advance strategic initiatives.
