About The Position

Havenly is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a product surface end-to-end, including the roadmap, success metrics, and prioritization. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and marketing, as well as alignment with product leadership and executives. The company emphasizes speed and AI integration in its processes. The role involves either owning the interior design experience (onboarding, designer matching, 3D design tool, product sourcing, AI design assistance) or the owned & operated e-commerce experience (product discovery, customization, merchandising, checkout). Specific problems to solve might include reducing drop-off between a style quiz and a designer session, or increasing product-detail-page conversion. At Havenly, AI is central to how they work, and they seek individuals curious about and eager to adopt AI-assisted tools.

  • Excellent communicators who build credibility quickly and influence effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative decision making.
  • Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it.
  • Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
  • Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach.
  • Genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
