About The Position

Meridian is the AI operating system for accounting firms, designed to streamline the month-end close process and enhance client interactions. This role focuses on owning the 'Firm Experience,' encompassing all aspects of the firm's interaction with Meridian after a client is live. This includes the firm dashboard, close checklist, review layer, and Meridian AI, an accounting super agent for ad-hoc tasks. The Senior Product Manager will be the second PM on Meridian, working alongside the PM responsible for activation. This position inherits a dedicated engineering and design team, an existing roadmap, and active users. The role is expected to evolve as Meridian expands beyond the month-end close to become a comprehensive practice management platform for firms, leading the transformation of internal tools into client-facing capabilities.
