About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for the procurement module, which spans demand planning and forecasting, source-to-pay, contract and supplier management, and capital project sourcing. This role involves balancing regulatory and audit requirements with user experience and business value. You will define MVPs that capture high-value use cases, validate assumptions quickly, and iterate based on feedback. A key part of this role is driving AI-enabled validation of procurement processes against specs, ensuring compliance and operational integrity. You will lead structured discovery sessions with utility buyers, category managers, supply chain, and finance teams, translating their knowledge into actionable specs enriched with AI-generated documentation and prototypes. You will work closely with engineering and design to release production-ready features on compressed timelines, understanding the overall scope of Gigawatt’s offering to make informed decisions on platform and cross-module dependencies, sequencing them against the broader suite roadmap. Establishing clear KPIs (cost savings, cycle time, compliance adherence, operational efficiency) and ensuring learnings translate into scalable features across the suite are also critical aspects of this position.

  • Comfort working with engineering teams and designers.
