About The Position
Freedx is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange focused on building a scalable, compliant, and liquidity driven trading platform. Our team brings deep experience across crypto exchanges, payments, market structure, and financial infrastructure. Freedx is built for serious traders and emerging markets, with a clear focus on unit economics, operational discipline, and sustainable growth. Freedx aims to be a trusted global exchange by combining strong liquidity, efficient onboarding, and disciplined growth execution. We focus on long term retention and monetization rather than vanity metrics, ensuring that growth directly translates into trading volume, revenue, and profitability. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead trading and related products for a centralized crypto exchange. You will own the product roadmap for core trading flows, trader tools, performance improvement, system analytics and dashboards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in crypto exchanges, brokerage, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of order books, matching engines, liquidity, margin, PnL, and liquidation.
- Experience with analytics dashboards, APIs, event tracking, and data products.
- Strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to write clear product and calculation requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of authentication, payments or balance operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for trading products.
- Define technical requirements and analysis for order types, PnL, margin, liquidation, risk controls, etc.
- Build trader-facing dashboards and trading analytics.
- Improve trading activation, retention, volume, and advanced feature adoption.
- Work closely with engineering, data, design, risk, operations, and compliance.
- Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and calculation specifications.
- Use product data, user feedback, and competitor analysis to prioritize improvements.
- Support incident reviews and improve trading reliability and transparency.
