Your ultimate mission is to own the end-to-end stablecoin wallet experience, from the moment a customer funds their wallet to the moment they cash out, and to keep pushing what the wallet can do next. You will own the product vision, feature roadmap, and operational strategy for pay-in and pay-out flows across our stablecoin rails, working across Sendwave and WorldRemit. You will report to the Head of Product, Stablecoin Wallet.

Requirements

Crypto and stablecoin fluency (required). Direct experience working in crypto or with stablecoin rails. You understand custody models and the operational realities of moving stablecoins at scale, not just the theory.
Fiat and stablecoin on-ramp/off-ramp familiarity (required). You know how money actually moves between fiat and stablecoin rails: banking partners, liquidity providers, conversion mechanics, and where these flows tend to break.
A pulse on the stablecoin landscape. You actively track where the space is moving (new issuers, chains, regulatory shifts, competitor launches) and translate that into concrete feature bets rather than just staying informed for its own sake.
Deep customer empathy. A track record of putting users first, thinking in terms of end-to-end journeys rather than isolated features.
Data-informed decision making. Comfortable with SQL and analytics tools to size opportunities, monitor funnel health, and validate hypotheses.
Operational rigor. You don't just design the flow, you own what happens when it breaks. Comfortable with incident response, vendor management, and metrics that matter when real money is moving.
Masterful collaborator and communicator. Able to flex between a detailed engineering conversation and an executive brief.
Proven delivery and resilience. A history of shipping in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with incomplete information and regulatory ambiguity.
A genuine curiosity about AI and how it can be applied in your area of work — from accelerating analysis and insight generation, to improving how we design and deliver processes and communications.
Practical experience using AI tools in a professional context — whether to connect information, draft content, build frameworks, or create insights from data. We want people who actively use AI to increase productivity, not those who are waiting to be told to.
Strong AI literacy — an understanding of what AI assistants can and cannot do, how to prompt effectively, and how to critically evaluate AI-generated output before using it.
Awareness of the ethical considerations and responsible use of AI in the workplace, particularly in the context of sensitive data, customer experience, and compliance.

Nice To Haves

Product management experience in fintech, payments, or remittance.
Familiarity with international payments regulation across emerging markets (Africa in particular).
Experience standing up new payment rails or vendor integrations from scratch.
A personal connection to or deep familiarity with the immigrant communities we serve.
Prior experience using Claude (Anthropic) is a nice-to-have but not essential — what matters most is that you are genuinely engaged with AI as a tool, comfortable experimenting, and eager to share what works with your wider team

Responsibilities

Owning the end-to-end stablecoin wallet. Define and execute the roadmap for the full wallet lifecycle: funding (pay-in), holding, and disbursement (pay-out), including onramp/offramp infrastructure and custody considerations.
Building new features in the stablecoin landscape. Identify and ship new capabilities as the space evolves, from new onramp/offramp rails and yield or savings mechanics to multi-currency stablecoin support and new partner integrations. You're not just maintaining the wallet, you're expanding what it can do.
Driving pay-in and pay-out reliability. Own the CX and operational north star for how funds enter and exit the wallet. Reduce friction, failed transactions, and settlement delays across markets.
Running the operational engine. Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Ops to keep the wallet running cleanly day to day: monitoring, incident response, vendor SLAs, and the unglamorous stuff that keeps money moving without drama.
Navigating the regulatory landscape. Work with Legal and Compliance to launch and scale stablecoin capabilities within licensing, AML/BSA, and EDD requirements across our operating markets.
Driving growth in focus markets. Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Engineering to scale funded wallets in Nigeria, Cameroon, and beyond, balancing speed with compliance and reliability.
Presenting to leadership. Own regular updates to senior leadership on the state of the stablecoin wallet: performance against targets, key risks, and the case for what's next. You can turn a messy quarter into a clear, defensible narrative.
Owning the growth-versus-risk trade-off. Balance the path to our funded wallet target with the regulatory and reputational exposure a stablecoin product carries. You know when to push and when to slow down.
Prioritizing ruthlessly. Make hard calls across a fast-moving feature backlog, and ensure this roadmap fits within the broader Wallets & New Products portfolio rather than running as its own island.
Partnering with Engineering on system-level trade-offs. Work with Engineering on build-vs-buy decisions, custody and security posture, and vendor risk, and operate within our quality bar rather than around it.
