About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Services & Marketplace with 7+ years of product management experience to identify, launch, and grow Decisiv’s portfolio of billable add-on services and third-party marketplace offerings - creating new revenue streams that expand the value of the SRM platform. In this role, you’ll own the full lifecycle of add-on services - from opportunity sizing and pricing strategy through launch, P&L performance, and EOL decisions. You’ll lead Decisiv’s third-party marketplace strategy, building a point of view on who to partner with versus when to build, and how to structure agreements that benefit the ecosystem without compromising Decisiv’s roadmap. Representing Decisiv externally, you’ll engage directly with potential partners and drive relationships from initial conversation through signed contracts. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Managers who own Decisiv’s APIs, platform capabilities and applications, contributing clear business and use case requirements that inform integration and application interaction design. You’ll bring enough technical and data fluency and SaaS experience to engage credibly with engineering and partners, and enough commercial instinct to keep every investment tied to real outcomes. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and partners closely with Product Development, Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing. This is a remote role based in the United States, with occasional travel for partner engagements, customer visits, and company events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products, with ownership of revenue-generating services or monetized platform capabilities
  • Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen—pricing model definition, service profitability tracking, and data-driven invest/sustain/EOL recommendations
  • Experience developing SaaS pricing strategies—subscription, usage-based, and tiered—with an understanding of margin management and competitive pricing dynamics
  • Demonstrated success identifying and managing third-party partnerships—partner evaluation, marketplace or integration agreements, and ongoing relationship management
  • Strong competitive intelligence skills applied to build-vs.-partner decisions and differentiated product positioning
  • Experience supporting or leading contract negotiations and commercial agreements with third-party vendors or technology partners
  • Technical aptitude sufficient to contribute meaningful API use case requirements and engage credibly with engineering teams and external technical partners
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence skills—with a track record of representing a product or company externally and driving clear decisions across stakeholders
  • High degree of professionalism, ownership, and accountability in a remote, collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience across product, commercial, and technical teams

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience in commercial vehicle, fleet management, telematics, heavy equipment, transportation, or automotive—with an understanding of how fleets, dealers, OEMs, and service networks operate and buy
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems (FMS), dealer management systems (DMS), telematics platforms, or IoT-connected asset ecosystems in data-rich, integration-heavy environments
  • Experience building or operating a SaaS marketplace or app ecosystem, including partner onboarding, certification, revenue-sharing models, and governance
  • Background at the intersection of product management and business development—converting partner opportunities into launched, revenue-generating integrations or services
  • Working knowledge of API-based integration patterns—outbound data sharing and inbound data ingestion scenarios in SaaS platforms
  • Strong financial modeling and business case development skills; MBA or equivalent is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the discovery, definition, and roadmap for Decisiv’s portfolio of billable add-on services that complement core platform capabilities and drive incremental revenue
  • Lead the full service investment lifecycle—build-vs-partner decisions, launch, adoption tracking, and ongoing P&L performance
  • Define and manage pricing strategies for add-on services, including subscription, usage-based, and tiered models, with ongoing margin and profitability analysis
  • Make disciplined invest/sustain/EOL decisions grounded in usage data, customer value, and financial performance
  • Lead Decisiv’s third-party marketplace strategy—identify, evaluate, and onboard partners whose services extend platform value for customers, dealers, fleets, and OEMs
  • Develop and maintain a rigorous competitive and partner landscape view—distinguishing partners to enable, compete against, or limit, and translating that into clear positioning decisions
  • Represent Decisiv externally as the primary commercial and product lead for third-party partnerships, driving relationships from first conversation through agreement execution
  • Lead or support contract and partnership negotiations, working with legal, finance, and executive leadership to structure agreements that deliver mutual value
  • Collaborate with platform PMs to contribute business and use case requirements for APIs that enable first- and third-party services
  • Leverage customer insights, market research, and usage analytics to validate service investments, inform pricing, and guide portfolio prioritization
  • Engage regularly with customers, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and evangelize the Decisiv services and marketplace strategy
  • Partner with Product Marketing on service and marketplace launches, including positioning, pricing communications, sales enablement, and go-to-market planning
