About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Scale Test product. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on platform engineering, enterprise customer success, and AI-driven testing innovation. The role involves strategic ownership, understanding customer needs in architecting and testing Salesforce implementations, developing a product roadmap, and driving the growth of Scale Test across various customer segments. Scale Test is Salesforce's native performance testing platform designed to help customers validate system scalability during high-stakes events.

Requirements

7+ years of Product Management experience.
At least 4+ years in a B2B SaaS or platform product role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field.
Demonstrated experience owning complex, technically deep products end-to-end.
Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering on infrastructure, load generation, APIs, and system design.
Track record of working directly with enterprise customers to gather insights and drive product improvements.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Prior experience with performance testing, load testing, or developer tooling products.
Agentic testing experience (building or managing products that test AI agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous systems).
Deep technical fluency across performance testing, load generation, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), and SaaS architecture.
Experience with testing/observability/monitoring products (DevOps toolchain).

Nice To Haves

MBA or Master's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field.
Hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Hyperforce, Salesforce Platform, or adjacent Salesforce products.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (multi-tenant SaaS architecture, sandboxes, Hyperforce, governor limits, metadata model, Apex/LWC performance).
Experience with Salesforce developer tooling or platform products.
Understanding of Agentforce testing needs and metrics.
Experience working with Partners (ISVs / SIs) and managing partner-driven product requirements.
Familiarity with GovCloud / public sector requirements (FedRamp or equivalent data residency standards).
Passion for democratizing developer tooling through low-code and AI-guided experiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary PM interface for enterprise customers running Scale Test, gathering technical feedback through complex testing windows.
Partner with ISVs, SIs, and GovCloud customers to understand and address unique testing requirements.
Translate complex enterprise customer scenarios into prioritized product specifications and user stories.
Own the prioritized roadmap for Scale Test, including test plan creation, scheduling, execution, load generation, UI script recording/building, and AI-powered features.
Define and drive the Agentforce testing strategy, ensuring features support customer go-lives at scale.
Lead the Vibe Testing capabilities roadmap to enable intuitive performance testing for non-engineers.
Drive the Pilot-to-GA pipeline for new capabilities like Scale Agent, Load Generation, and AI Script Healing.
Stay current with industry trends in performance testing, AI/Agentforce workloads, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise DevOps.
Collaborate with other Salesforce product teams to ensure Scale Test integration and positioning.
Partner with Sales, AEs, CSMs, and Solution Architects on Go-To-Market strategies.
Collaborate with the enablement team on training materials and sales guides.
Drive sprint planning, feature scoping, and launch readiness.
Define success metrics and monitor product KPIs.
Represent Scale Test in customer conversations, industry events, and executive reviews.
