Senior Product Manager, Revenue Operations

IbottaDenver, CO
$128,000 - $153,000Hybrid

About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Revenue Operations team to help build the systems that let us quote, bill, invoice, and track revenue across the Ibotta Performance Network. As we scale, the systems and data that power how we operate the business have not kept pace: revenue reporting relies on manual processes, spreadsheets sit where system-of-record data should be, and no single data layer connects account engagement to spend, revenue, and expansion. We're hiring an operations-minded Product Manager to own the revenue tracking & data roadmap end to end, and the day-to-day product operations of our revenue systems, including Salesforce CPQ. This is a high-leverage, execution-heavy role: the backlog is scoped and scored with our Revenue Strategy & Operations partners, and it needs a dedicated owner to sequence it, drive decisions, and deliver. You'll work across Salesforce, the data warehouse, and financial systems, and partner daily with RevOps, Finance, Data Engineering, and Sales Leadership. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management or revenue operations experience, ideally on internal platforms, revenue systems, or CRM-adjacent products
  • BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field required
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce data models and internal admin tooling: objects, hierarchies, rollups, permissioning, and building governed read/write interfaces on top of platform APIs
  • Hands-on AI fluency - not just awareness. You should be an active, daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) and have experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or integrations
  • Experience administering or product-managing Salesforce CPQ or similar quote-to-cash tooling, including keeping a system healthy while planning its replacement
  • Fluency with analytics and BI tooling (Looker or similar) and comfort partnering with data engineering on warehouse and data mart design
  • Working knowledge of revenue operations and finance processes: revenue recognition, forecasting, quote-to-cash. You can hold your own in a room with Accounting and FP&A
  • Comfortable balancing a project roadmap against a standing operational rhythm: intake, triage, and compliance reviews don't slip because a launch is near
  • Bias toward interim solutions: you find the two-week fix that relieves the pain while the durable fix is being built
  • Clear, structured communication with both executives and engineers

Responsibilities

  • Drive the revenue tracking backlog including data integrity, revenue segmentation, revenue recognition timing, and self-serve revenue visibility
  • Partner with the Revenue Strategy & Operations team to build a vision for revenue data, forecasting and operational execution
  • Deliver the Revenue Systems data mart from discovery through launch in partnership with Engineering, Corporate Analytics, and Finance, creating the first data layer that spans account engagement, spend, revenue, and upsell
  • Bring the business's operating structure into our systems of record
  • Replace spreadsheet-based account administration with governed tooling and deliver an admin interface
  • Represent revenue tracking requirements inside Ibotta’s new Data Model, and sequence backlog delivery against its phase milestones so gold-layer data lands what the business needs
  • Establish shared data definitions and governance so revenue metrics mean the same thing in different Ibotta systems
  • Own Salesforce CPQ through its sunset: keep expansion and quoting workflows running for Account Managers, triage issues
  • Run the weekly operating rhythm: ticket intake and assignment, board review, stakeholder triage of small requests, and review of product updates for Salesforce impacts
  • Define the run-state for everything you ship: maintenance processes, ownership, and documentation so systems stay accurate after launch

Benefits

  • competitive pay
  • flexible time off
  • benefits package (including medical, dental, vision)
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program
  • 401k match
  • paid parking
  • snacks and occasional meals
  • relocation bonus
