As a Product Manager, Risk Adjustment Coding Data Integration, you will own the data strategy and execution for Datavant’s Retrospective Risk Adjustment Coding products, driving client data standardization, data integrations, database management, and optimization within business verticals for downstream use. You will help standardize data specifications, further Datavant's ability to ingest different data types and streamline the process to ingest both structured and unstructured data. You will also support scalable, reliable, and performant project data ingestion pipelines and maintain databases that support specific product services, while providing end to end visibility into these pipelines and databases. The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare data expertise with strong product management skills, and thrives at the intersection of product, data integration, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in data platform, data integration.
• Experience as PM at the center of a multi-team platform migration
• Technical fluency in data pipeline concepts, including pipeline architecture, database replication, API design without needing to write code
• Comfortable owning complex problems and delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud-based document repositories, Snowflake/Databricks, or OCR/document ingestion pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the Coding Data Platform.
• Prioritize across engineering, client, and platform demands and communicate tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Lead Integration strategies with clients and Datavant’s retrieval business and transition to the new Document Services layer, including adoption of universal document identifiers across coding systems.
• Drive automation of the project setup lifecycle, from data receipt to its availability downstream to end users and define the metrics that make pipeline performance visible and actionable.
• Maintain standardized data specifications and ingestion profiles across MA, ACA, and Medicaid programs.
• Ensure HIPAA and CMS compliance and reduce manual configuration errors.
• Define dual-load strategies, rollback windows, and project routing logic to support client migrations to the next generation platform.
• Serve as the connective tissue across Data Integration, ML Platform, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Retrieval, Operations and Client Success owning RACI clarity and unblocking dependencies.
