The Senior Product Manager will work directly with PMs, engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners to bring structure to ambiguity, clear blockers, and ensure the team executes at the required pace. This position does not own a product portfolio but embeds within teams to drive execution.

  • Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional projects to completion across multiple teams and organizations simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage dependencies and competing priorities without losing momentum.
  • Deep comfort operating in ambiguity, moving fast, cutting scope when needed, and optimizing for outcomes over process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate messy project dynamics into clear, honest updates for executives and individual contributors.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with PMs, engineers, designers, and business partners.
  • Fluency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with the judgment to adapt frameworks.
  • AI fluency, comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work, remove bottlenecks, and help teams ship faster.
  • Hands-on experience with modern project management tools like Linear, with a perspective on how tooling can improve team velocity and visibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within or alongside internal platform or infrastructure teams at a large technology company.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce's product and engineering org structure.
  • Background in 0-to-1 product development or innovation programs.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring product managers on execution practices.
  • A related technical degree.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product owners to plan, sequence, and execute projects, breaking down large problems into shippable milestones and managing scope and timelines.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, design, data, security, and partner teams, proactively identifying dependencies and mitigating blockers.
  • Navigate the complexity of cross-org work, helping PMs understand and manage nuances to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Establish and facilitate project cadences such as stand-ups, milestone check-ins, sprint reviews, and stakeholder syncs, ensuring they are lightweight and useful.
  • Maintain clear and honest project health updates for leadership, providing visibility without creating overhead.
  • Surface risks early and facilitate trade-off decisions.
  • Enable PM effectiveness by coaching them on status communication, meeting facilitation, and navigating organizational dynamics.
