Senior Product Manager - Packages, Capital One Travel

Capital OneMcLean, VA
$182,500 - $249,900

About The Position

Packages launched last year as Capital One Travel's latest vertical, allowing customers to book flights and hotels together in a single, bundled transaction. It's working, and now we’re scaling fast. We’re currently focused on improving the mobile funnel, expanding how we merchandise inventory, adding new products like car rentals and and continuously removing UX friction points. As a Senior Product Manager on the team, you will completely own the consumer-facing side of the funnel. This is a high-cadence execution role on a small, focused team. You'll run your own user research, write SQL to diagnose where to improve the flow, work with design from scratch, and write specs that engineering can actually build from. You'll be setting up A/B experiments, building AI-assisted prototypes, and keeping a close eye on how each ship moves conversion and the Packages P&L.

  • Have design taste and understand information hierarchy.
  • Ability to have opinions on layout and flow without waiting for finished mockups.

  • Use AI tools in actual workflow.
  • Build prototypes using Claude Code and Figma MCP.
