As a leading innovator in the U.S. financial services sector, Dave’s digital financial platform offers products designed to meet the credit needs of those underserved by traditional financial institutions. Dave’s offerings include its flagship ExtraCash product, providing members up to $500 within minutes. The company is on track to launch several new product offerings in 2026, including a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option. Dave is focused on serving Americans who are financially vulnerable or living paycheck to paycheck. Dave is leading the charge in creating a new era of credit products that prioritizes speed, affordability, and accessibility, making it the go-to financial partner for those who need it most. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, MarTech to lead the product strategy, implementation, and scaling of our Marketing Technology ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in MarTech and Product Management (preferably in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment, fintech experience is a plus)
  • Deep Martech domain expertise with hands-on experience across analytics and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar), including a strong command of iOS tracking and measurement frameworks such as SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
  • Cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of aligning diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and external partners.
  • Executive-ready communicator, able to simplify complex data and influence C-suite leaders, regulators, and network partners.
  • Analytical hunter mindset with strong judgment - expert in SQL and data analysis (Python/R a plus), able to cut through noise in complex data to surface insights and drive decisive action.
  • AI-driven curiosity - fluent in applying AI to real product work beyond the basics (e.g., idea generation, data analysis, workflow automation), with the instinct to make teams and leaders smarter through creative AI use cases.
  • Technical curiosity and fluency; a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus.
  • You take responsibility for outcomes, not just roadmaps. You understand how acquisition, activation, and retention connect - and you make decisions with the full system in mind. You’re comfortable working in ambiguity, asking the right questions before committing to a path, and balancing speed with long-term durability. You care about building systems that hold up over time, not just quick wins.
  • You work well across disciplines and know how to bring people along. You simplify complex ideas, create clarity where there isn’t any, and use data to align teams around the right problems. You value feedback and use it to sharpen both your thinking and your product. As priorities evolve, you adapt without losing momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Own and define Dave’s MarTech Stack, including paid channel automation (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, etc), attribution, lifecycle, and experimentation infrastructure. Make build vs buy decisions, including vendor selection, RFP process, and integration.
  • Own end-to-end enablement of web growth strategy — from CMS, landing pages, and experimentation to web-to-app and deep-linking — while partnering with core product teams to streamline registration, onboarding, and the full paid media-to-app customer journey.
  • Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Data, and Marketing — ensuring alignment on priorities, clarity on plans, and efficient execution toward business outcomes.
  • Drive rapid web experimentation by building and maintaining experimentation frameworks and infrastructure to test new growth hypotheses, from channel to creative to landing experiences.
  • Drive the best-in-class playbooks and stay ahead of privacy changes to platform and policy shifts, as well as new entrants and new technologies — translating risks, impacts, and opportunities into clear guidance.
