NMI's SaaS products power how ISOs and ISVs manage their entire merchant lifecycle—from pipeline and onboarding to underwriting, boarding, residuals, and support. Today, that's a US-only story. This role exists to change that. As Sr. Product Manager for Market Expansion, you will take Merchant Central global. You'll start with Canada—integrating new strategic processors into our SaaS products and building the foundation for a Canadian-market-ready product—then extend the roadmap toward the UK/EU. This is a full-ownership role: you set the market entry strategy and you deliver it, end to end. You'll also bring a go-to-market instinct—this is a new geography for us and you'll help us show up credibly. About the Team The Merchant Central team builds and operates NMI's payments CRM and merchant lifecycle platform—the software that helps ISOs and ISVs manage deals, onboard merchants, underwrite risk, board to processors, run residuals, and support their portfolios. Our partners run their businesses on Merchant Central. The gateway has long had an international footprint, and this role brings the SaaS layer to match it. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, compliance, and go-to-market to expand what Merchant Central can do—and where it can go.
