About The Position

Lights, camera, loyalty. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Regal’s Loyalty & Accounts experience across Web, iOS, and Android. You’ll take the lead on shaping and evolving our loyalty ecosystem, including Regal Unlimited —our all-you-can-watch subscription—and Crown Club , our free rewards program. This role plays a starring part in transforming how millions of guests engage with Regal before, during, and after the credits roll. As part of a fast-growing digital technology team, you’ll define strategy, shape roadmaps, and deliver experiences that drive subscription growth, boost engagement, and increase guest lifetime value—all while making every interaction feel worthy of the big screen. What will you be doing? You’ll set the vision and roadmap for loyalty, subscription, and account experiences across Regal’s digital platforms. You’ll lead product discovery with design and research partners to uncover guest needs and optimize end-to-end journeys. You’ll drive measurable outcomes across acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction using data and experimentation. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, loyalty operations, and analytics to deliver seamless, cross-platform experiences. You’ll communicate priorities, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership—keeping everyone aligned on the plot. About you You bring 7+ years of B2C product management experience, ideally with loyalty, subscription, or membership products. You have a proven track record of driving business impact through experimentation, user-centered design, and data insights. You’re experienced working across Web, iOS, and Android ecosystems. You’re a strong cross-functional leader who partners effectively with design, engineering, and business stakeholders. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and clear communication. Requirements
