About The Position

Amtech LLC is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Label Traxx. This role is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-impact enhancements that drive customer value and business growth. The ideal candidate brings deep ERP or MIS domain expertise, strong market awareness within the label and packaging industry, and a proven ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable product solutions.

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience, preferably in ERP, MIS, or SaaS environments
Proven track record of delivering complex software products from concept through launch and iteration
Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

Nice To Haves

Experience with Label Traxx or similar systems within the label, printing, or packaging industries strongly preferred
MBA or equivalent business experience preferred

Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Label Traxx
Partner with executive leadership to align product initiatives with company growth objectives
Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and internal stakeholder input
Define and prioritize product requirements, epics, and user stories
Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Support, Sales, and Professional Services to ensure successful product delivery
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning support, and release planning activities
Define success metrics and measure product performance against KPIs
Drive go-to-market readiness in partnership with Marketing and Sales
Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders
Act as the subject matter expert for Label Traxx functionality and industry trends
