About The Position

The Senior Product Manager for Inventory Integrations is a key member of the Nordstrom Product Management team, which will spearhead initiatives for our Inventory ERP systems. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in delivering value through strategic product development, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric approach. Product Management is responsible for making sure we build the right products and features for our customers and business. • Strong understanding of ERP system design, data architecture, and stock ledger management within retail operations, including the transition from on-premises to modern, cloud-based SaaS solutions. Experience with system integrations, data flows, data transformation, and validation requirements supporting inventory management, financial reconciliation, and operational efficiency is highly valued.
  • Ability to set a compelling product vision and multi-year roadmap, and to thrive in ambiguity where requirements, ownership, and scope are still forming
  • Proven ability to lead discoveries and delivery across multiple engineering teams in parallel, drive to an aligned MVP, and manage a prioritized backlog
  • Ability to define, measure, and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities.
