The speed at which we can connect with corporate customers’ procurement, expense, and HR systems—and with restaurant POS platforms, delivery partners, and other technology providers—directly determines how fast we win and retain the highest-value accounts in our market. Today, our integrations are built by separate teams using different patterns, tooling, and standards. That approach got us here, but it won’t get us where we need to go. We need to move dramatically faster. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to define, build, and own a unified Integration Platform as part of our next-generation platform, Nova. Your mission: hyper-accelerate ezCater’s ability to build, ship, and scale integrations across every partner type. You will create the shared services, reusable connectors, and developer tooling that turn what is currently a months-long, bespoke engineering effort into a repeatable, configurable, fast deployment. Critically, you’ll also own the orchestration layer that binds individual integrations into end-to-end business processes—ensuring that a corporate customer onboarding, for example, seamlessly coordinates HRIS roster sync, policy assignment, SSO provisioning, and procurement setup as a single, observable workflow rather than a collection of disconnected handoffs. This role sits within the Platform domain and reports to the VP of Product Management for Platforms. You’ll work across the full spectrum of ezCater’s integration surface—procurement systems like Coupa and Ariba, expense platforms like Concur and Ramp, HRIS/SCIM roster sync, POS platforms like Toast and Olo, delivery dispatch APIs, and more—building the foundation that lets every product team integrate and orchestrate faster than any competitor in our space.
