We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives across our HR Technology ecosystem—from evaluating new solutions to driving custom builds and integrating AI-powered tools into the employee experience. This role sits within our People Success domain and reports directly to the Head of HR Technology. It’s a high-impact opportunity for someone who can work across multiple domains, not just go deep in one. You’ll partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design and deliver modern, intuitive tools that make work better for employees and more scalable for our teams. You should bring a product mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to influence across leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with measurable impact
  • A strong track record of making buy vs. build decisions and driving both to successful outcomes
  • Experience working across multiple HR domains and integrating tools into productivity platforms like Slack or Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated ability to drive AI-forward initiatives, from exploration to implementation
  • Confidence influencing senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align around high-impact solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Familiarity with technologies like AI/ML, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and passion for applying technology to improve how people work

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic HR tech initiatives—across internal tools, third-party solutions, AI capabilities, and integrations with platforms like Slack and Google Workspace
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies: whether building in-house or selecting and integrating external tools
  • Own the full product lifecycle—from vision and prioritization through launch, adoption, and iteration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that deliver both business outcomes and outstanding user experiences
  • Influence vendors and internal stakeholders to align on priorities, shape roadmaps, and accelerate delivery
  • Apply emerging AI capabilities to modernize and simplify workflows across the HR ecosystem
  • Run Agile ceremonies, manage project timelines, and track progress toward clearly defined outcomes
  • Define metrics to measure success and guide continuous improvement across the HR Tech stack
