We are looking for a product growth manager to build the future of our Account Management experiences for Individual customers. You will operate at the intersection of lifecycle, monetization, and intelligent automation - driving measurable impact across activation, expansion ARR, plan transitions, and retention. Requirements

  • Strong product growth mindset with a customer-first approach to monetization.
  • Proven success driving expansion ARR through add-ons, credits, upgrades, or usage-based models.
  • Experience optimizing lifecycle transitions (switches, upgrades, migrations) to deliver measurable business impact .
  • Analytical rigor with a bias toward experimentation, testing, and iteration.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled and agentic workflows, with the ability to translate strategy into shipped customer experiences.
  • Ability to balance revenue outcomes with long-term customer value and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product growth strategy and execution for Account Management growth initiatives, balancing customer value with monetization impact.
  • Drive Add-On and Expansion ARR for Individual customers, with a strong focus on Credits-based and AI monetization models.
  • Design and optimize upgrade, switch, and migration journeys to increase conversion, retention, and long-term customer value.
  • Build intelligent, agentic experiences that proactively guide customers toward the right plan, add-on, or AI capability based on need and usage.
  • Identify friction points across the lifecycle and introduce experimentation-driven improvements to unlock incremental growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, and GTM to ship scalable growth solutions grounded in customer insight.
