We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of critical capabilities that power the global eCommerce fulfillment experience across Walmart and Sam’s Club in the U.S. and international markets. This highly strategic role sits at the intersection of customer experience, fulfillment, and omnichannel innovation, driving solutions that redefine not only what customers buy, but how, when, and where they choose to shop with us. As a key product leader, you will shape product vision and strategy, identify high-impact opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance the end-to-end customer journey. Beyond traditional product management, we are looking for an adaptive AI-builder mindset—someone who embraces emerging technologies, leverages data and automation to accelerate outcomes, and continuously reimagines how products are conceived, built, and optimized. You will help evolve our teams beyond the standard product development lifecycle by championing rapid experimentation, AI-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and iterative value delivery at scale. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, analytics, business stakeholders, and senior executives across multiple markets to execute a bold product vision and roadmap.
