Requirements

Extensive experience in product management with a strong focus on strategy development and roadmap management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Expertise in data-driven decision making to guide product direction and optimize outcomes.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive product strategies aligned with business goals.
Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery and quality of product initiatives.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product enhancements and innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
